Cancellation Policy
The following is our cancellation policy. Please read it carefully.
- There will be a $50 administrative fee for any cancellations up to two weeks prior to the start date of any seminar
- There will be a 25% fee for cancelations within 14 days prior to the scheduled seminar start date
- There will be a 50% fee for cancellations on the scheduled seminar start date, provided that notification is given the morning the seminar begins
- Their will be no refunds for no-shows, and a $50 administrative fee for rescheduling at any time before the scheduled seminar start date
The National Center for Interpretation reserves the right to cancel seminars due to emergency situations and seminars with low student enrollment (usually less than 8 students). Full refunds will be provided for National Center for Interpretation initiated cancellations.
