The Agnese Haury Institute
Upon successful completion of the Institute, students will receive 11.3 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) through the University of Arizona's Extended University. CEU's are not applicable toward a bachelor's or master's degree, but are widely accepted by businesses and professional organizations. In order to receive University credit toward an undergraduate or graduate degree,students can register for 3-9 independent study credits under the direction of Prof. Roseann González, although they should consult with the institution from which they seek the degree to verify that the credits can be transferred. Students seeking University credit must register for Summer Session II at the University of Arizona for an additional fee (approximately $360 for three credit hours) and complete a required research paper or study. Students interested in receiving University of Arizona credit must so indicate on the application form in order to receive information. Those who do plan on receiving University credit will be asked to submit a writing sample to Dr. González prior to being accepted for these independent study credits. |
