Admission Requirements
Please contact us with any questions regarding admissions
Enrollment is strictly limited to ensure a good student/teacher ratio and personal attention. Admission requires submission of:
- A completed application (see registration tab), and
- non-refundable deposit, and
- Proof of bilingual proficiency and/or interpreting experience, as expressed in one of the following:
- a letter of recommendation stating that the candidate has worked as an interpreter or related profession; or
- a letter of recommendation stating that the candidate has served as a volunteer interpreter; or
- proof of passage of the written portion of the Federal Court Interpreter Certification Examination; or
- proof of state certification; or
- enrollment in a graduate or under
graduate program in a related field.
