The National Center for Interpretation has closed, effective Oct. 13, 2025.

With the Center’s closing, some of its core activities will continue elsewhere at the University of Arizona.
Certificates in Spanish Interpretation, Spanish Translation, and Portuguese Translation will continue to be offered through a partnership between Arizona Online and the Department of Spanish and Portuguese.
We understand the ongoing need for NCI’s training programs – including the Court Interpreter Training Institute, NCI webinars and self-study products – and are exploring ways to make those resources available. Stay tuned to the NCI website, which will remain in operation, for future announcements.
