Self-Study Materials
There are no refunds on self-study materials.
Trainings
The National Center for Interpretation (NCI) reserves the right to cancel events. Full refunds will be provided for NCI-initiated cancellations. NCI is not responsible for any travel-related expenses incurred by the registrants. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Participants who must withdraw from an NCI training event may request a refund. Refund deadlines are as stated below:

| 90% refund will be issued upon request made seven or more days prior to the training start date. | 90% refund will be issued upon request for tuition balance paid up until 14 days prior to the training start date. |
| 50% refund will be issued upon request made 3-6 days prior to the training start date. | 50% refund will be issued upon request for tuition balance paid up until seven days prior to the training start date. |
| Refunds will NOT be issued 1-2 days prior to the training start date. | Refunds will NOT be issued less than seven days prior to the training start date. |
