Anatomy and Physiology for the Interpreter (Spanish/English)

The National Center for Interpretation is pleased to announce a webinar designed for Spanish/English interpreters!

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and its terminology is obviously essential for medical interpreters, but it is important in court as well.  This webinar provides a extensive bilingual (Spanish/English) introduction to the human body including internal and external anatomy, genetics, organ system functions, and so on.  Its focus is improving bilingual vocabulary and conceptual scheme, with an emphasis on register maintenance.

This webinar is live and instructor-led. Participants are required to actively participant in the workshop.

CEUs are approved the ATA and CA. NCI is a pre-approved provider of CEUs for CO, FL, KY, PA, and TN.

We hope you'll join us!

Instructor: Gloria Rivera, MD, CHI, CMI, is a state-certified court interpreter practicing in California.
