Introduction to Conference Interpreting is a skill-building webinar focused on the practice of simultaneous interpreting in conference settings.
This live, instructor-led webinar contrasts the rigidity of judicial interpretation and the flexibility of simultaneous conference interpretation. Practical tips and exercises such as shadowing, multitasking and paraphrasing are introduced. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to record themselves interpreting an exercise employing conference-related skills and submit it for individualized feedback from the instructor!
