Trainings/Workshops:
* NCI is not responsible for participant’s technical issues during NCI webinars.
Self-Study Materials:
* There are no refunds on self-study materials.
To be eligible to receive a refund, please complete and submit the form below. Refunds will be returned in the format that payment was made. If payment was made by check, refunds will be processed through the university accounts payable system and may take up to 4-6 weeks for processing. Refunds on credit card purchases can only be made to the card used for purchase.
