This live, instructor-led webinar presents an overview of the types of criminal cases and the laws pertaining to crimes that interpreters encounter in their courtroom interpretations. It discusses the difference between criminal and civil cases, the sources of criminal law, the classification of crimes, and the elements of the crimes with which interpreters work in the courtroom.
